Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our database to ensure information accuracy.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate complex issues and improve overall service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not mandatory.
