Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Log and update customer interactions and issues in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated customer issues.
- Participate in daily training workshops to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
