Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist in the training of new team members and participate in daily team huddles.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex service escalations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
