Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Investigate customer complaints and technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating to senior staff when necessary.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Product Support: Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they understand how to maximize their usage.
- Process Transactions: Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and orders efficiently while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications
