Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain high CSAT scores.
- Process returns, exchanges, and account adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to drive sales.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the specialized support team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
