- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist with troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license (if on-site requirements exist).
