Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and product offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
