Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues by utilizing our CRM systems and available resources.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account changes, and transactions in our database.
- Build rapport with customers by actively listening and understanding their unique needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to escalate issues and ensure comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or previous customer service experience is a strong plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
