Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call volume and resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with empathy and patience
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
