- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences
- Meet daily performance metrics including handle time and resolution targets
- Participate in continuous training to master product knowledge
- Contribute to team knowledge base with solution documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
