Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
