Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our proprietary management systems.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and transaction records with precision.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services while adhering to sales scripts and guidelines.
- Document complex issues and escalate them to management for resolution.
- Provide product training and support to new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
