Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to update customer accounts, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Research and resolve complex customer issues or escalate them to senior management when necessary.
- Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant products or services to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with computer applications, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
