Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system with precision and confidentiality.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and CRM software (training provided).
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
