Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases for quality assurance
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution rates and CSAT scores
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
