The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications
