Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed logs in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to management for process improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Upsell products and services to existing clients where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Must be reliable and available for full-time shifts.
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain terminology is a plus.
