- Upselling Opportunities: Identify and communicate relevant product upgrades or add-ons to customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
