Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products/services that align with customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required.
