- Provide product information, guidance, and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services where appropriate to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
