Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a busy call center environment.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required for remote/remote hybrid roles.
