Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats to resolve customer inquiries regarding healthcare services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address complex patient needs and coordinate care pathways
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance service delivery
- Maintain performance metrics including first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in healthcare or call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities valued
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining empathy and patience

- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
