Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution targets
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Support new product launches and service updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and technical aptitude
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and resilience in high-volume scenarios
