Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution focus
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while maintaining 95% accuracy in documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Meet/exceed 25+ customer satisfaction targets through empathetic communication
- Update CRM systems with detailed interaction notes and action items
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through monthly team workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in high-volume customer service or call center environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to multitask across 3+ communication channels simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (16 hours/month)
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
