Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved cases effectively
- Maintain detailed case documentation and performance metrics
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction
- Participate in quarterly training on product updates and service techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced scenarios
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingualism highly preferred
