Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with first-contact resolution focus
- Process transactions and troubleshoot technical issues using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% data accuracy standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores, handle times, and conversion rates
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service workflows and customer journeys
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience highly valued)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice channels
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
