Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat with 98% resolution rate
- Resolve technical issues using CRM systems while maintaining detailed documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and process improvements
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Maintain service level agreements with average handle time under 5 minutes
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask across digital channels while maintaining composure
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Spanish fluency is a significant plus for bilingual support
- Proven problem-solving with data-driven decision-making
