Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Document interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or support role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
