Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records

- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and active listening
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
