Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently using CRM systems and product knowledge
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal databases

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings/weekends
