Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback and analysis
- Adhere to compliance protocols and maintain strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
