Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and billing inquiries using our CRM platforms.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the internal database.
- Provide product training and guidance to ensure clients maximize the value of our services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Contribute to team meetings to identify workflow improvements and share best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience in a tech or support environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a significant plus.
