- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings
- Adhere to all compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings

- Available to work rotating weekends/holidays
