Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat channels
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and service protocols
- Support sales initiatives through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred)

- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice channels
- Strong problem-solving abilities with creative resolution techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
