Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 95% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed KPIs including first-contact resolution and CSAT scores
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer journeys
- Train on new products/services through our continuous development program
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screen
