Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain 40+ calls per day while meeting quality standards
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B tech environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital channels
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Spanish fluency a significant plus
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (1-2 days/month)
