Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by investigating problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Accurately log customer interactions and account details into our CRM database.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or specialized teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on product features and service updates to provide accurate information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume call center setting.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
