- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to escalate issues and improve service protocols.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask in a digital environment.
