Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for CSAT and resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product/service offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce CRM platforms
- Type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in SaaS or tech industries preferred
