- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Maintain strict adherence to data security and privacy protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2B or B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice channels
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and pre-employment skills assessment
