Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and CSAT
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service or support role
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Spanish bilingual fluency highly desirable
