Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems to find effective solutions.
- Customer Retention: Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes to enhance efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
