Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution rates
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with clear, empathetic verbal/written abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
