Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate logistics for daily deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
