Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our proprietary software.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including inventory and product displays.
- Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to meet daily and weekly sales/service goals.
- Update customer records in the database with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices for service excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web-based platforms.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
