Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards and overall organization.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, hours, and services.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
