Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in our 24-bed ICU
- Monitor and interpret complex patient data using cutting-edge monitoring systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Provide education to patients and families on health conditions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSN or higher degree in Nursing (required)
- Active California RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
