Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general labor tasks on active construction sites, including excavation, loading, and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with setup, teardown, and daily operations.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment, ensuring proper usage and care.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and foremen regarding project needs and safety concerns.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety diagrams.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by project schedules.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus but not mandatory.
