Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of strategic technology partnerships and acquisitions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive innovation labs and pilot programs focused on future tech adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a related executive role.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on market trend forecasting.
- Experience in scaling technology infrastructures for high-growth environments.
