Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy to align with the 2026 corporate vision.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum Leap computing.
- Oversee the architecture and security of enterprise-grade systems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical roadmaps into business growth strategies.
- Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on scalability and innovation.
- Predict and mitigate technical risks associated with future tech adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or VP of Engineering role.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable, mission-critical systems.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Distributed Ledger Technologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
